A man in his 80s is in critical condition after a hit-and-run collision in North York late Saturday night, police said. They responded to the call shortly after 1 a.m. at Sheppard Ave. W. and Dufferin St., just east of Sheppard West subway station. A man believed to be in his early 80s was rushed to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, Toronto police spokesperson Gary Long said.
