A man in his 40s is dead after a three-vehicle collision in the north end of the city early Monday morning. Emergency services rushed to the area of Signet Dr. and Finch Ave. shortly before 12:30 a.m. Police say one car had flipped over, and that a man was found inside with critical injuries. Paramedics administered first aid, but the driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Another person was transported to hospital in serious but stable condition, paramedics say. Traffic services have taken over the investigation and will continue looking into how the collision occurred.
