Balram was allegedly used by Pakistani handlers to transfer money to their ‘moles’ in India. It is alleged that Balram used to dispense money through Jabbar. Nadeem, Jabbar’s nephew, claimed that the police’s arrival on Saturday evening took Jabbar by surprise.
