The court heard that Odhiambo killed Flora Nyangweso in her homestead in Pala Boya sub-location, Ndhiwa sub-County, on August 18, 2013. It is alleged that Odhiambo killed Nyangweso after his contract was terminated. Justice Kiarie said the evidence adduced convinced the court that Odhiambo killed the woman.
