IPOH: A 25-year-old man died after the motorcycle he was riding on collided with another vehicle at KM375 of the North-South Expressway southbound lane early Saturday. A spokesman from the Fire and Rescue Department said they found the victim's motorcycle wedged beneath a Hyundai sports utility vehicle (SUV) when they arrived at the scene. "The victim fell off his motorcycle upon collision and he was thrown to the road divider in the middle of the expressway. It is learnt that the fire broke out after the SUV dragged the motorcycle for almost one kilometre on the road. The rescue team succeeded in putting out the flames and the operation ended at 1.17am.
