MANILA, Philippines — A man died after reportedly falling from the seventh floor of the Philippine Bank of Communications Tower in Makati on Wednesday morning. It was not clear if the man, identified as Rissan Alarosa, accidentally fell or jumped off the building. PBCom Tower, located on Ayala Avenue, is the second tallest building in the country with 52 storeys. This is a developing story.
