Shortly before 9 p.m., Peel Region police and paramedics responded to a fire in the area of Ray Lawson Blvd. A man is dead following a fire at a home in Brampton Saturday evening. They transported a man to hospital, where he has later pronounced dead. At about 10 p.m., Brampton Fire officials tweeted that the fire was under control. The Office of the Fire Marshal is investigating the incident.
