AToronto man has been charged after he allegedly sexually abused a child for over three years and recorded the abuse, according to Toronto police. Police allege that from January 2007 to December 2010, the suspect sexually abused a child and recorded the abuse. From January 2007 to May 2019, the man also allegedly had images depicting sexual exploitation of children in his possession, said the release. The child exploitation section of the Toronto police executed a search warrant on May 1st in the Rathburn Rd. Dean Vallotton, 51, of Toronto has been arrested and faces 16 charges, including six counts of sexual assault, according to a Toronto police release Thursday.
