By Daymond SteerCONWAY — A Conway man accused of trying to sell heroin twice in 10 days was ordered held on $10,000 cash bail. (DAYMOND STEER PHOTO)Ryan Stewart, 32, of Conway was initially charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell on Oct. 12. On Oct. 21, Stewart was arrested again and charged with conspiring with co-defendant Ivan Felder, 46, of Conway to sell heroin. "The reason for the cash bail requirement is the pending matter (original charge), which was subject to cash bail — which if these alleged offenses are true wasn't very effective," said Patten. Folds and Ferron were charged with possession of more than 5 grams of heroin with intent to sell.
