Ms Cox was last seen in Exeter city centre in the early hours of Tuesday last week. A huge operation which included closing a part of Exeter city centre emerged on Wednesday, with forensics tents set up in Mary Arches Street, Devon Live reports. Police activity would continue in Mary Arches Street. Missing person posters which have appeared around the city state: "Post no parent wants to do... Lorraine Cox, last known place few minutes off Beacon Heath Estate."
