They are:Ahmed Yakot, 21, was shot near River and Oak streets in Regent Park at 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 1. Stephon Kelly, 28, was shot near Markham and Kingston roads at around 9 p.m. on Jan. 25. On July 8, his charges were upgraded to first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder. Kenroy Samuel, 29, of Toronto, was arrested near the scene and charged with second degree murder. On July 18, police arrested Tristawna Ona Christian, 21, of Toronto, and charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder.
