A man who allegedly visited a woman whom they allegedly had a child with was on Monday charged with attempted rape. AR was charged before Kibera Chief Magistrate Ann Mwangi where he denied the charges. He was charged with the second count of committing an indecent act with an adult contrary to the sexual offence act. Through his lawyer, the accused told the court that he was not a flight risk and urged the court to release him on a lenient bond term. The accused's lawyer told the court that the accused was only in a position to pay a cash bail of Sh50,000.
