A man wanted in a Scarborough stabbing investigation has surrendered to police and is facing an attempted murder charge. The 44-year-old faces one count of attempted murder for a June 21 stabbing near Lawrence Ave. E. and Susdan St. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 11 p.m. A man in his 50s was transported to hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed in the neck. The accused appeared in court earlier this week. Newton Bryan Danvers was arrested on Monday.
