A man is due in court this morning charged with assault after a bus driver was attacked in Monaghan yesterday. Reports say the suspect was trying to purchase a ticket on a private bus traveling from Donegal to Dublin when he was told the bus was full. He was then arrested and is due to appear at Monaghan District Court this morning. The bus driver was treated in hospital for his injuries.
