The alleged assault occurred in the early hours of Thursday last (March 21) at Sleaveen, Macroom, Co Cork. O'Driscoll of Coolcower House, Macroom and Dan Corkery Place, Macroom, Co Cork is charged with assault causing harm to Mr O'Callaghan.
