WOLFEBORO — A Wolfeboro man is facing his third DWI charge after police attempted to stop him for an infraction on Sunday, April. Matthew S. Tinker, 51, was found parked behind a mobile home on Beach Pond Road at 1:58 p.m. after speeding off when an officer tried to stop him. Tinker performed poorly on field tests, according to Wolfeboro Police. He was brought to the police department, where he refused an Intoxilyzer test. He was brought to Carroll County Jail, and later bailed for a court appearance at the Third Circuit Court in Ossipee for May 17.
