A man has been charged with sexual assault after an incident in Morningside Heights, Toronto Police say. Investigators say that on Feb. 16, a 10-year old boy was taken from school at the Islamic Foundation of Toronto, an Islamic school in Scarborough’s White Haven neighbourhood, allegedly by a teacher. The man drove with the student to a location near Neilson Rd. The man is alleged to have sexually assaulted the child, and then returned him to school. Saleh Momla, 24, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.
