A 46-year-old man was charged at a Nakuru court on Thursday with defrauding another man of Sh5 million. Oduor denied the charge before senior principal magistrate Josphat Kalo and was released on Sh2 million bond or Sh1 million cash bail. The case will be mentioned and the hearing date set on September 2. Eyaka Oduor allegedly obtained the money from Joseph Mwaniki on June 26, 2013 by pretending he was in a position to sell a five-acre piece of land within Nakuru municipality.
