(Photo by Surachai Piragsa)BURI RAM: A man has been hit with four charges after firing dozens of shots with a handgun from his house in a community in Nang Rong district on Sunday. The man, identified as Jakkrit Songkul, 31, surrendered to police after they surrounded his house at Wat Khun Kong community in Nang Rong Municipality after reports at least 40 shots had been fired between 4pm and 6pm. Pol Col Pakawat Thamdee, the Nang Rong police chief, said Mr Jakkrit admitted to having fired many shots from a 9mm pistol, and explained that he was venting his anger after having an argument with a relative.
