A man has brought a High Court challenge over the refusal of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government to allow him to vote in elections for Seanad Eireann. Mr Heneghan's proceedings are against the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government, the Government of Ireland, Ireland and the Attorney General.
