Toronto police have charged a 19-year-old man with first-degree murder in connection with the “targeted” stabbing death of Rae Cara Carrington, 51, in the city’s underground PATH system on Wednesday evening. Duncan O’Neil Sinclair, 19, of Toronto, was arrested by Southern Georgian Bay OPP on Friday in connection with the fatal stabbing in the PATH. ( Rene Johnston / Toronto Star file photo )Officers found Carrington suffering life-threatening injuries in the PATH near the Commerce Court food court at King St. W. and Bay St. shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Carrington, a mother of eight, who worked in the bustling food court, died at the scene. Sinclair was arrested by Southern Georgian Bay OPP on Friday, Toronto police said in a news release.
