By RICK GREEN, LACONIA DAILY SUNLACONIA — A man whose drug arrest led to a pending New Hampshire Supreme Court case has been arrested again. Peter A. Dauphin, 45, of 19 Appleton St., was arrested Thursday by police working in conjunction with the FBI Safe Streets Gang Task Force. “Dauphin was charged with multiple counts of sale/distribution of methamphetamine and was held on these as federal charges,” Police Chief Matt Canfield said. The state appealed the case to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, which heard arguments on March 9. Assistant Attorney General Jason Casey, who handled the appeal, said both parties submitted briefs and the court took the arguments under advisement.
