An 18-year-old District man was arrested late Thursday and charged with first-degree murder while armed in this summer’s fatal shooting of 17-year-old Jamahri Sydnor. Police arrested Robert Moses, of Northeast Washington, and charged him in the fatal shooting as well as on various weapon charges. Philip Carlos McDaniel, 21, of Northeast Washington was arrested days after the shooting and charged with assault with intent to kill. The home was shared by Moses, McDaniel and one of Moses’s family members. There, they found Carl Hardy, 24, of Northeast Washington, suffering for a bullet wound.
