Mr Rogers (60s) was stabbed at his home at Robinsons Court on Cork Street, Dublin 8 on November 6 2016 and later died from his injuries at St James Hospital. A man (30s) was arrested during an operation in Dublin this morning. He was brought to Kevin Street Garda Station and is due to appear before Dublin District Court this afternoon to be charged in connection with the case.
