Two teenage pedestrians have been injured, one critically, in a serious road collision in Offaly. The collision between a car and the two teenagers occurred on Tullamore Road in Clara shortly after 6.15pm on Wednesday. One of the pedestrians, a girl in her mid-teens, was treated at the scene and subsequently removed to CHI Crumlin, where her condition is understood to be critical. The scene was preserved for examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local traffic diversions were in place last night.
