Supornchai Noonoi, 31, was arrested at 5am after tests showed that his DNA matched the samples found in semen on the girl’s clothes, police say. Tests were taken from 30 men in the neighbourhood. The girl was home alone on July 12 and was found dead the following morning. He is also suspected of raping three women in Khon Kaen previously and fled to live in Chachoengsao. He was also suspected of stealing a motorcycle in Chon Buri’s Panas Nikhom district.
