The suspect followed a delivery driver through two controlled access points into a Brampton daycare facility in the area of Kennedy Rd. N. and Bovaird Dr. W., police said. Peel police arrested a 19-year-old man Thursday after an attempted child abduction on April 29. Staff questioned the man and asked for his ID when he exited the facility’s washroom area, and he indicated his ID was in his car and he was picking up a relative, police said. The man, from Brampton, was charged with child abduction.
