Waterloo Regional Police are investigating after a 22-year-old man was stabbed to death early Sunday morning in Kitchener. They found a man with a stab wound. Another 22-year-old man has been arrested. According to police, the two men were known to each other and the killing was "a targeted attack." The major crime unit is investigating.
