A man has accused a group of lawyers of thrashing him and tearing his clothes in a courtroom. “The judge was not sitting in the courtroom when the lawyers locked it from inside, tortured me and tore my clothes, said Usman Javed, who is accused in a case. He said the attackers had lost a legal battle despite lodging false FIRs against on various charges, including bounced cheque. He said that when he shouted for help on feeling threatened, some unknown lawyers who were present to appear in different cases, tried to catch the suspect. The armed man managed to escape but the lawyers caught Javed, who started abusive language.
