Witnesses gave evidence to the Central Criminal Court yesterday morning in the trial of 33-year-old David Fortune. David Fortune, of the same address, has pleaded not guilty to his murder there. TabletsA witness previously told the court that the accused caused the fatal stab wound after consuming a number of blue tablets. Annah Machimbidza testified that she saw a man running in to the hospital, "looking back, checking was someone following". It was accepted that the man involved in both incidents was David Fortune.
