A 50-year-old man accidentally shot his penis in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur over the weekend. A report from Ilocos Sur Police on Monday showed Rey Menor, who works as a mechanic, was supposed to urinate outside their house in Barangay Barbarit last Saturday when he accidentally fired his gun that was tucked in his waist.
