Federal authorities charged an Ohio man with lying to a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent after he allegedly claimed Wednesday to be Timmothy Pitzen, a then-6-year-old boy from Illinois who disappeared in 2011. Brian Rini faces up to eight years in prison on the charge of lying in an investigation of the possible sex trafficking of a child, authorities said Friday.
