Jude Bellingham has revealed that Borussia Dortmund made his decision to turn down Manchester United much easier by setting out a clear pathway to regular senior football. The 17-year-old has broken into the England senior squad during a remarkable first year in Germany. Bellingham joined Dortmund from Championship club Birmingham City in an initial £20million deal last summer, making him the second-most expensive teenager to leave a second-tier side. Fast-tracked to Gareth Southgate’s England team, Bellingham made his Three Lions debut against Ireland in November and earned his second cap against San Marino in March.
