The Tottenham midfielder is a key component of Mauricio Pochettino’s side and Wanyama’s consistency has not gone unnoticed. Liverpool too are monitoring Wanyama’s situation and there is an expectation the midfielder could be persuaded to leave Tottenham this summer. Wanyama has a contract at Tottenham that ties him to the club until 2021, and Spurs are not believed to be interested in selling. Wanyama has played in the Premier League since 2013, making over 130 appearances and also has experience in Europe.
