One of those hacked to death was a renowned businessman identified as Sidik Sumra who has once been feted by President Uhuru Kenyatta. Sumra runs a successful dairy farm known as Sumra Dairy Farm which is located in Kikambala-Amkeni in Kilifi. It was due to this outstanding experience that President Uhuru Kenyatta awarded Sumra during the official opening of the show. So far, three people have been arrested in connection with the incident as the investigation intensifies to nab more suspects. A similar incident happened in the Zimmerman area in Nairobi where a car was attacked after residents suspected the owners of being kidnappers.
