A report in The Sun says City have joined the race for Lyon forward Nabil Fekir, who was set to join Liverpool last summer before the proposed transfer fell through. Jurgen Klopp's men managed fine without him - producing the third-best points total in Premier League history to push City until the final day - but links with the Frenchman have never gone away. Lyon’s president Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed that Fekir, who is out of contract next year, is likely to be sold this summer. “[With] Nabil we have an understanding that he can go,” Aulas said. It is claimed by Metro that Pep Guardiola would sign Rashford “in a heartbeat” were he to be made available by United.
