Manchester City are making progress in their effort to sign Troyes forward Savio in the summer transfer window. Those performances have sent Savio shooting up the list of City's targets for the summer window and they have held talks over bringing the 19-year-old to the Etihad next season. While it is understood that a deal is yet to be agreed, City are well placed to strike.
