A man has died in a single vehicle road collision in Co Tipperary today. The incident took place on the R660 at Holycross shortly after 2.15pmThe sole occupant of the vehicle, a man in his 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, in a separate incident five people were hospitalised in a single vehicle near Cappawhite in Co Tipperary. A technical examination of the scene was carried out by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and the road has since fully reopened.
