A 59-year-old man has died after a fatal crash on Highway 401 near Dufferin Street Tuesday evening, police say. Kerry Schmidt from the OPP’s highway safety division said. As a result of the single vehicle collision all eastbound express lanes on Highway 401 were closed until around 8 p.m. The man was pronounced dead in hospital, Schmidt said.
