According to the charges, the case involves several other minors, who were allegedly abused sexually by Doebah. Doebah is currently being held without bond at the Monrovia Central Prison, because the crime for which he has been charged does not qualify him for bail. In her complaint, the victim’s mother, identified as Esther, claimed that her three-year-old daughter (named withheld) had been sexually abused by defendant Doebah. Another witness, Mary Dahn, claimed that during the month of January, 2019, she saw the defendant kissing the victim in front of her. Police investigations claimed that, though defendant Doebah denied the accusations, they were compelled to charge him based on the witnesses and the victims’ testimonies as collaborated by the medical report.
