A MAN (30s) has died after being struck by a bin truck in south Dublin this afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the scene in Oldbawn in Tallaght, where he was struck during the course of his work. His body was removed for a post-mortem examination which is due to take place at a later date. "A male in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by a refuse lorry during the course of his work. He was removed for post-mortem which is scheduled to take place at a later date," a garda spokesperson said.
