The official security detail of former First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta has reportedly been withdrawn. Mama Ngina's security detail comprised officers from the General Service Unit (GSU) and Administrative Police (AP). This comes after reports that the security details of Azimio leaders were also withdrawn. On Monday, a police source confirmed to the Star that the details of Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Martha Karua had been recalled. The source added that over four governors and over 50 Azimio MPs also had their security details withdrawn.
