Malta’s ambassador to Libya, Charles Saliba, confirmed today that the Maltese embassy will start accepting visa applications in the city of Benghazi starting next Sunday, 24 July. It will be recalled that in April this year, ambassador Saliba had also confirmed to Libya Herald that the Consulate of Malta had started accepting Schengen tourism visa applications through VFS Global in Tripoli as of the 27th of March.
