By PTI | Posted 04-Jul-2016Thane: The route from Malshej Ghat, which is a vital link to Mumbai and other parts of the state via Murbad taluka, has been closed for vehicular traffic following landslide and boulder crash, police said today. No casualty has been reported on account of the landslide and boulder crash which happened at around 10 PM yesterday, they said. The traffic has been diverted on Kalyan-Pune road at Otur via Nashik, Pune and Mumbai, the authorities said. Traffic to and from Mumbai has been diverted and will remain so till the work is completed and safety signal is given by authorities, district police control room said.
