After Malpas in Cheshire was featured in the North West of England section in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live list, comments from the list’s chief judge has revealed what specific praise they had for the town. Chief judge Tim Palmer praised the town, labelling it as “a very desirable address” and being surrounded by “beautiful” countryside. "That means we can see what people really love about the places they live. In total, 72 locations are included on the list, with seven in the North West of England region.
