The lawyer representing EFF leader Julius Malema apologised to Judge Mark Sher on Thursday after a tense conclusion to Wednesday's hate speech proceedings in the Equality Court, sitting in the Western Cape High Court building, where he accused Sher of bias. "Just before we commence," Mfesane Ka-Siboto said as the court proceeding began after the customary bow to the Bench. "I would like to let this court know that I wish to apologise for my part in what happened yesterday (Wednesday).
