NewsA male teacher who allegedly sexually harassed a female colleague inside the staff room of a school in Nawagaththegama has been arrested. The suspect teacher is a married 30-year-old individual serving at a school in the Anamaduwa Education Division. The victim is a 28-year-old unmarried female teacher at the same school. Police said the female teacher had allegedly been waiting at the school's staff room as she could not make her way home due to heavy rain. Both the suspect and the victim had been transferred to different schools after the incident came to light.
