A man has been arrested after crashing into a McDonald’s drive-through and presenting a firearm at police. They arrived and began speaking with the driver, but a male presented a firearm at police and attempted to decamp on foot. “Police are currently providing our officers with support.”A 39-year-old male was arrested as a result. He is due to appear in the Palmerston North District Court on Saturday morning.
