According to data from BMET, the Expatriates' Welfare Ministry approved 523,834 workers to travel to Malaysia as of May 21. The Expatriates' Welfare Ministry has formed a six-member committee to investigate the cause of the crisis and was instructed to submit a report within seven working days.
