KUALA LUMPUR: National carrier Malaysia Airlines Bhd (MAB) is targeting to launch a new platform and app that will provide customised travelling experience for its customers soon. MAB is roping in partners from accommodation and transportation to tour providers, she said after the launch of MAB’s second phase Malaysian Hospitality campaign. Lau said the second phase of the campaign is to extend Malaysian Hospitality experience beyond just flights. MAB worked with advertising agency M&C Saatchi (M) Sdn Bhd to launch its Malaysian Hospitality campaign, which feature the diversity of its employees in providing its services. “Malaysian Hospitality is all about treating everyone not as passengers but guests in our homes,” Lau said.
